Bulimba State School has experienced significant growth in student numbers over recent years. This growth is a result of new development and infill in our current catchment. As a result, the school is experiencing increased pressure on outdoor, unencumbered areas for the students and already operate on split lunch breaks to alleviate the pressure on play space.
Bulimba State School would like to request Brisbane City Council considers an arrangement to allow us to utilise the adjoining, unused land between the Bulimba Library and Lady Gowrie kindy as play space for our students until Brisbane City Council require it for further development or Council use.
