Residents draw to the attention of Brisbane City Council to the lack of safe crossing points along Honour Ave in Chelmer for students and residents. This is a busy rail overpass used by residents accessing parklands and sporting facilities and students heading to school at nearby Graceville State School, Christ the King and major sporting facilities.

To improve safety and access between Chelmer and Graceville, we request that Council installs a staggered zebra crossing, flashing lights and safety cage at the refuge connecting to the pedestrian overpass between Honour Avenue, Chelmer, at Richmond Street and Appel Street, Graceville.
